| This June, Sausalito will celebrate, showcase, and support our LGBTQ+ community, culture, and history with Sausalito Pride. Sausalito became a gay mecca after World War II. By the 1960s, there were more gay bars per capita here than in San Francisco. Despite this long and colorful history, our town didn’t celebrate its first Pride until 2023. Bigger and better for 2024, this year’s Sausalito Pride features six unique events between June 12 and June 22. |
