If Democrats lose the White House — and that’s how smart insiders on the left and the right see the race going at this point in time — there will be many goats to scape.
Count Joe Biden as first in line.
He’s been mentally unfit for a second term for at least two of the last three and half years of his first term.
He knew it.
Jill knew it.
Kamala knew it.
Staff knew it.
The DOJ knew it.
Everybody knew it.
Yet, he thought he could stumble through unexposed. The mainstream media and none of the king’s men could find the backbone to do the right thing and blow the whistle earlier. Had that happened, Democrats would have had time for an orderly process that likely would have resulted a stronger candidate than Kamala Harris. This is a political intrigue story that will continue to be fleshed out and go down in history as one of the more bizarre in politics.
Now Democrats are stuck with an understudy who has no articulated agenda for the future other than she’s not Donald Trump.
