Michael Eugene Mullen, 75, has been extradited from Idaho and is now in custody of the Marin County Sheriff’s Office. Mullen is accused for the 1973 homicide of Nina Fischer in San Rafael. Fisher’s murder remained unresolved until recent new evidence came to light.
Mullen will remain in custody at the Marin County Jail, where he will wait to stand trial. His court date is yet to be set.
