Four employees of the Sausalito Police Department were recognized for their outstanding performance during the department’s annual all-hands meeting on Wednesday, February 5.
Awards were presented by Chief Stacie Gregory, Lieutenant Brandon Rodgers, and Lieutenant Brian Mather. Chief Gregory also used the meeting to review the department’s 2024 accomplishments and discuss goals for the new year.
- Superior Service Award: Presented to Officer Sean Smagalski for the crucial role he played in elevating the department’s training programs in 2024.
- Lieutenant Kurtis Skoog Award: Presented to Corporal Adam Clerici for his outstanding marksmanship and dedication to excellence in firearms training.
- Captain Mark Thomas Award: Presented to Parking Manager Wayne Kwan for his commitment to innovation and excellent customer service.
- Employee of the Year: Presented to Sergeant Nicholas White for his leadership and dedication as patrol supervisor, training manager, and scheduling sergeant.
