New Novato restaurant Crave opens tomorrow (Sept. 10) for patio dining, serving upscale farm to table California cuisine. Headed up by Executive Chef and partner Christian Pulido working with managing partner Shah Bahreyni and partner Peter Paul. The venue was previously home to Boca Tavern.
Chef Pulido received acclaim at a variety of restaurants including Napa Valley’s The Boon Fly Café, FARM at the Carneros Resort, Brix and Hurley’s Restaurant, plus True Food Kitchen in Walnut Creek and The Lodge at Pebble Beach. A Bay Area native and graduate of Diablo Valley College, he worked at Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak and Bourbon Pub in Santa Clara.
