
Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning actress Sharon Stone will appear in the virtual Spring 2021 Leadership Lecture Series presented by Dominican University of California in partnership with Book Passage on Wednesday, May 5, starting at 6 p.m.
The event is rescheduled from March 30.

The actress, producer, and former fashion model is scheduled to discuss her book The Beauty of Living Twice. Tickets, which include a complementary copy of the book, are $40.
Ms. Stone will appear in conversation with South Lawn Strategies Founder and President Ellie Schafer, who served as a Special Assistant to President Barack Obama and Director of the White House Visitors Office in Washington, D.C. from 2009-2017.
American political commentator Robert Reich, New York Times best-selling author Isabel Allende, and Heidi Kühn, Founder and CEO for Roots of Peace, have already appeared in this spring’s ILS lecture series.

Robert Reich, Wednesday, February 10, at 6 p.m. PST. Reich, who served in the administrations of Presidents Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, and Bill Clinton, discussed his book, The System: Who Rigged It, How We Fix It. Nearly 500 people signed up to watch and listen to his presentation, which was conducted in conversation with Bill Petrocelli, author, and co-owner of Book Passage.
Isabel Allende, Thursday, March 4, at 6 p.m. PST. Allende, considered the world’s most-read Spanish language author, talked about her novel The Soul of a Woman in conversation with Alicia Garza, co-creator of #BlackLivesMatter and the Black Lives Matter Global Network.
Heidi Kühn, Thursday, April 22, at 6 p.m. PDT. Kühn discussed her memoir and call-to-action book Breaking Ground in conversation with Ambassador Kenneth Quinn, President Emeritus of The World Food Prize. The book describes her quest to eradicate landmines from the face of the earth and firmly plant roots of peace.
