Motions concerning the Dunphy Park tent encampment is scheduled to be heard in U.S. District Court, Northern District of California at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, before Judge Edward M. Chen. Information on how to observe the hearing via webinar is available on the judge’s web page.
The court proceeding will focus on two motions, one from the City of Sausalito and one from the Sausalito/Marin County Chapter of the California Homeless Union.
