Gov. Newsom sells Kentfield home in an ‘off market’ deal

If the governor loses his recall election, he’ll be homeless in Marin. Gov. Gavin Newsom quietly sold his Kentfield home in Marin last spring for $5,895,000. He bought the home in 2011 for $2,225,000.

The governor put his home on the market in 2019 for $6 million. But it didn’t sell and was taken off the market. But in May, the governor obtained an “off-market” offer.
