Longtime member of the Marin County Board of Education, David Hellman of San Rafael, died earlier this month. He was 74.
Hellman had been on the board for 28 years.
A celebration of life for Mr. Hellman will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Elks Lodge, 1312 Mission Ave. in San Rafael. In lieu of flowers, his family has asked that donations be made to Rotoplast International, Inc.
