The Novato City Council will hold a closed meeting meeting 6 p.m. Aug. 23. The lone agenda item for the closed meeting is “Marin County Homeless Union, et al. v. City of Novato, et al.”
The city and the homeless union have been in negotiations on a number of issues surrounding the homeless camp in Lee Gerner Park.
