Sand bags and tarps available

Jack Turturici, a Novato resident, tells Marinscope that he has about 25 sand bags plus tarps at his home free on a first come basis. They are at 85 Presidio Drive in the Hamilton area.  Need to knock on the door. Simply go to the courtyard and take the bags and tarps you need.
