All those column inches directed at tenants and administrators helping them.
You’ve forgotten Deep Throats mantra, “follow the money”
The tenants kept a roof over their heads, they didn’t join the homeless in cars, living on our streets or filling beds in shelters.
Not a word about where most of the money ended up – in the bank accounts of the landlords and the banks that lend them money!
