A worker at a supermarket in Tiburon found a man in a car passed out. He called police and the driver was subsequently arrested on fentanyl charges. It happened about 7 p.m. last Wednesday. Police found the man with a half-ounce of suspected fentanyl, a digital scale and drug stuff.
