San Rafael gets a new public education schools chief

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District’s loss is San Rafael’s gain as last week the San Rafael school board voted unanimously to name Csrment Ghysels the district’s new schools chief. She’ll start at $280,000. Ghysels succeeds longtime Marin educator Jim Hogeboom.
