Officers honored by Jeannette Prandi Children’s Center

Novato School Resource Officer Houser, left, and retired Detective Brett Gripe were honored by the Jeannette Prandi Children’s Center for their vital work to reduce crimes against children in Novato. Child Forensic Interviewers like SRO Houser and Brett Gripe are specifically trained to use cognitively or age-appropriate interview methods and conduct interviews at the Jeannette Prandi Children’s Center (JPCC). Victims include children and adults with cognitive challenges who may have experienced or witnessed abuse.
