A new seed library will open at the Novato library.
A celebration of the event is set for 10 a.m. Aug. 5 at 1720 Novato Blvd. Representatives of Marin Master Gardeners and the Marin Chapter of the California Native Plant Society will be on hand to answer questions. Bring seeds to donate.
