The Sausalito boating and business communities have collaborated to host the inaugural Sausalito Boat Show, set to take place at the Clipper Yacht Harbor, on the Sausalito waterfront. This three-day celebration of all things boating will feature new luxury yachts, sailboats, powerboats, brokerage boats, gear, accessories, and more, from Oct. 13-15. “This inaugural event is designed to be a celebration of maritime excellence and Sausalito’s local culture – food, live music, and art,” said show manager Mitch Perkins. “We are thrilled to see the city of Sausalito, the Sausalito Economic Development Advisory Committee, and the broader San Francisco Bay Area maritime community coming together to support this new event.” From nautical novices to serious sailors, the Sausalito Boat Show is the place for people to immerse themselves in the boating lifestyle, check out new boats, get on the water, attend educational seminars, enjoy live entertainment, and have fun. New powerboats and sailboats of a variety of sizes and budgets will fill the waterfront, both in the water and on land. Participants include Denison Yacht Brokers, H&M Marine, Club Nautique, Silver Seas Yachts, Jeff Brown Yachts, Beneteau, Riviera, Axopar, Cruiser Yachts, Tiara, Princess, Defiance, and Chris Craft. Additionally, marine service businesses will fill the main tent including South Beach Riggers, Trident Funding, and KKMI Boatyard. This event extends beyond boats, featuring local food vendors offering seafood specialties and classic California cuisine, accompanied by live music. Bay Area favorites set to perform include Fog City Swampers, Juke Joint Band, The Millionaires, The Cruz Boys, and Matt Bolton. The Sausalito Boat Show will also include activities for kids, providing fun for the entire family.
