Habitat Greater San Francisco is selling one previously owned, affordable home in Novato. Applications for this home must be in on Friday, Oct. 6.
It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, previously owned home in Novato. The home is located at 4 Mount Burdell Place in the downtown area.
To be eligible the buyer must have a household of between three-seven members, have owned a residential property in the last three years and have a gross household income within the 55%-80% range of the 2023 Marin County Area Median Income. For a household of four, this is approximately an annual income between $102,500 and $140,000.
Applicants are required to attend one virtual information session prior to applying for the home. Presentation materials can be provided in English and Spanish upon request.
A lottery will be held on Monday, Oct. 9, to determine the order in which the applications are processed.
