A special Town Council meeting has been called for Wednesday, Oct. 18, at 6 p.m. The meeting at the Fairfax Woman’s Club, 46 Park Road, will be available via Zoom and will include a discussion on the status of the Fairfax Housing Element and proposed amendments to the town’s zoning code to allow higher density housing.
