City of Novato Mayor Denise Athas and Elegance at Novato executive director Jose Acumabig cut the ribbon on the office for the assisted living center on Tuesday at Pacheco Plaza. The assisted living and memory care center itself is expected to open later this year at Hamilton Fields. Joining the ceremony are Elegance’s directors of sales and marketing David Knepler (far left) and Haydee Tuzon (far right) and George Athas.
