A Forest Knolls man found dead Oct. 1 in his Marin County Jail cell committed suicide. Novato Police investigated the death and determined Dylan Baylacq, 21, of Forest Knolls killed himself while in custody. Details were not released. He was arrested in August for domestic violence.
