MARIN COUNTY SHERIFF
Nurse Assaulted: On Feb. 18, a patient at a facility in Kentfield who was being discharged assaulted a nurse. The nurse was punched in the back. Deputies booked the patient.
Danger to Self: Deputy dispatchers took a call on Feb. 23 at 8:42 a.m. about a person who is a danger to self. Mobile Crisis called but a team was not immediately available.
Ammo: Live ammo was found on the Civic Center grounds Reported to Marin County Parks & Rec and deputies took the 25 rounds for destruction.
Strange Man: A woman on Autumn Lane reported that a stranger came to her backyard and told her that her kids were “playing too rough.” She did not know the man and she had not seen him in the area before. Service provided.
Tents: Deputies checked on a report of a homeless person living on the sidewalk in Santa Venetia. Deputies talked to the man, who had a tent and a shopping cart. He promised to leave when it stopped raining. Deputies checked later and found the man gone, but the tent was still there. Deputies will check back. Service ongoing.
Abatement: On Feb. 18, Deputies tagged for removal a car on Lucky Drive in Greenbrae. The car had rocks behind all four tires.
