
The Novato Police Department is brushing up on their lifesaving skills in light of the rising number of fentanyl deaths hitting Marin. The staff is participated in comprehensive training to address emergency situations within the community.
The training encompassed essential lifesaving skills such as CPR, AED operation, and the administration of Naloxone (Narcan). Every patrol vehicle is equipped with a range of life-saving equipment, including AEDs, Survival CPR & First Aid, masks, Narcan Nasal spray, and first aid kits.
