The county of Napa reopened to in-restaurant dining and patrons said it felt like a little bit of normalcy returned to life there.
Napa County is one of the few places in the Bay Area to make the move to the next phase of recovery.
“It’s been rough,” Cengiz Atis, owner of Napkins Bar and Grill on Napa’s Main Street, told the Mercury News. “But we had good business yesterday and it’s looking pretty good today.”
