A county supervisor in the 70s, Denis Rice dies at 90

Denis Rice, a county supervisor in the 1970s, died last week at 90. He was one of the first Marin public officials to warn of the growing threat of run-a-way pension liabilities. 

Rice was a supervisor from 1977 to 1981. He also served on the Tiburon Town Council.
