Born Anneliese Maria Clement, in Marburg, Germany; the first of two children. She studied business prior to meeting her husband, Charles Eads, during the post-war occupation and rebuilding of Germany. They were married on June 7, 1948.
The military took them to Africa and throughout the United States, until they settled in Marin County in the early 1960s.
Anne enjoyed investing in and improving real estate throughout the county. She was an unrivaled cook and baker. Friends and family will hold dear the memories of stopping by for a cup of coffee or a pastry. Anne delighted in the finer things, making lifelong friends at the Macy’s jewelry counter. She was a generous mother and grandmother and unsparingly supported her family. Anne is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Eads, and is survived by her two children, Michael Eads and Carol Gordon; her two grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. A private memorial will be held and Anne will be laid to rest with Charles at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, CA.
