Outgoing Novato County Supervisor Judy Arnold formally announced her support for Jamie Scardina in next year’s sheriff’s race. Scardina is currently the Marin County unsheriff.
“I believe he would make a first-rate Sheriff for Marin County. Jamie has just the right combination of extensive law enforcement experience, deep roots in our county, a thoughtful approach to policing in changing times, and an even-keeled temperament to run Marin County’s Sheriff’s Office,” Arnold said.
