Novato Advance/Marinscope Captain Tristan Keady began his career with the Novato Fire District as a Reserve, was then hired as a Firefighter/Paramedic and worked his way up through the ranks.
He is on the leadership team for the Reserve program, served as a Fire Explorer advisor.
He is now the department’s newest Captain on B shift.
