A protest of the proposed gas station at Costco in Vintage Oaks is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20. 350 Bay Area, 350 Marin and Green Novato are organizing the protest to tell the Novato City Council that citizens opposed the 28-pump gas station.
A press release from the groups said: “Those joining the actions will call on the Novato City County to reject the plans, to implement Novato’s Climate Emergency Resolution and to transition to a clean and green economy now.”
The protest will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m at the Rowland Boulevard park and ride.
