It finally happened. San Marin High School played a football game under the lights at its stadium. The ability to use the lights was hung up in a fight with local neighbors in court for some four years, but a settlement was reached in June. Last Friday (Aug. 27) the team played the Knights of Kelseyville High School. The Mustang rolled over Kelseyville, 55-0. After the game, the coaching staff, and boosters, met at Finnegan’s restaurant in Downtown Novato to celebrate. The Novato Advance was there to chronicle the event. Above is the coaching staff: Tony Franceschini, Dominic DiMare, Tre Changeux, Dante DiMare, Vincent Cerruti, Richie Torres, David Garbarino and Sergio Simonetti.
