From the Archives: Do you recognize this picture?

In the process of cleaning out our offices, Marinscope found two boxes of old print pictures without identifying material. So, we thought we’d start a new feature called “Vintage Picture Of The Week” in hopes readers could help us sort out these pictures for posterity.
