CAUSING A DISTURBANCE AND POSSESSING GUNS:
Last night, officers were called to the Loch Lomond Marina parking lot about subjects in a pickup that were drinking, playing loud music, and disturbing the peace.
Upon arrival, officers recognized the driver and the passenger. Officers were aware that the passenger was on felony probation with search and gang terms. Another passenger located in the rear seat provided a false name.

All three subjects were detained for various observed violations and a search of the vehicle revealed a loaded and unregistered 9mm pistol.
Officers continued to search the rest of the vehicle which revealed a second loaded and unregistered 9mm pistol with a high capacity magazine containing 20 9mm rounds of ammunition and two other magazines.
Also a large bag of Marijuana was located under the back seat with two digital scales.
All three subjects were booked into the Marin County Jail on a variety of felony criminal charges.
Thanks to the thorough work of the officers, two more guns were taken from felons and also taken off the street.
