Matt Katzin of Sebastopol’s Fern Bar returns to defend his title
What: Graton Resort & Casino is hosting the Second Annual Full Tilt Mixology Contest, featuring teams from 10 of North Bay’s top cocktail experts, competing to win the top cocktail recipe.
The public is invited to enjoy cocktail tasting and small bites while joining in on the action by voting for their favorite team.
The winner of the Full Tilt competition will take home $5,000 in cash and have their winning recipe featured on Graton Resort & Casino’s bar menu for three months. The second and third place finalists will receive $3,000 and $2,000, respectively.
The judging panel for this year’s mixology contest will feature Scott Beattie, beverage director at Barndiva in Healdsburg, and Ziggy Eschliman, host of Wine Wednesday on KRSH 95.9.

Media Notes:
· The bartender teams will arrive between 2:30 and 3pm and judges between 4:30 and 5pm.
· The show starts at 5:20 pm. If media would like to interview anyone before the event begins, you can get here early and chat during set up. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
· Media will also have an opportunity to interview the contestants right after their timed competition in front of a step & repeat to the side of the stage.
· Planning on attending? Bringing a photographer? Please send me the name(s) as soon as possible so we can make sure they get on the box office list for free entry.
Tickets: Standard admission is $75 plus applicable fees.
