About a dozen people gathered in front of Novato City Hall on Wednesday, June 17, to protest a new anti-camping ordinance set to go into effect on July 9. The law is designed to reduce homeless encampments in the city, such as the one at Lee Gerner Park. The advocates contend that the law is unconstitutional.

It is not unconstitutional. This behavior is insane. You can not steal property from the community and call it your own. This is ridiculous to think everything is owed them. These people are lazy and feel entitled when they pay for nothing.
