Juniors and seniors return to campus

March 9, 2021 by Marin Leave a Comment

The Novato Unified School District (NUSD) welcomed Juniors and Seniors back to campus on March 8.  Eleventh- and twelfth-graders in the Flexible In-Person learning program are returning this week to join 9th and 10th graders who returned to campus last week starting on March 1.

“We’re really excited to see all our high school students on campus.  The end of this week will mark one year since schools in Marin transitioned to remote learning.  A year ago, we thought we would be in remote learning for 3-4 weeks, it turned out to be 7-12 months depending on the grade level,” commented Superintendent Kris Cosca.  “It is such a great sight to see our students on our campuses again.”

NUSD Flexible In-Person students in the 9th and 10th grade returned to campus on March 1, 2021, 7th and 8th grade students returned to campus on February 22, 2021.  Flexible In-Person students in grades TK-6 started returning to campus on October 26, 2020.
