SRPD’s K-9 Unit observed a speeding vehicle on Bellam Boulevard early Saturday morning. The vehicle was stopped, and the driver was contacted.
The driver was found to be intoxicated.
At the beginning of the DUI investigation, the driver was found to have a loaded, non-serialized handgun in his waistband. The driver was then arrested. Officers searched the suspect’s vehicle and found an additional 70 rounds of handgun ammunition and over two pounds of marijuana.
The suspect was booked into the Marin County Jail for carrying a concealed and loaded firearm, driving under the influence, and possession of marijuana for distribution.
This was great proactive police work that led to taking a non-serialized/unregistered handgun and DUI driver off San Rafael’s streets.
Again people even the corrupt press no names or ID. I promise he/shey/they /them or what ever democRats call them these days. No name equals coverup to protect illegals and harm US citizens. Good job unfree press
Exactly!
