June 12, 2023 by Marin Leave a Comment

The gun above, fell down the pant leg of a man being questioned by the San Rafael police.

A San Rafael Police Department officer stopped a vehicle for a minor taillight violation.

While talking with the driver of the car, the man adjusted his waist ban once too often and a .38 revolver fell down his pant leg.

It turned out to be a stolen gun. Police also found meth in the man’s position. The driver was on felony probation and was booked into the Marin County jail on several felony charges.
