Marin 911: He stood outside the church yelling ‘bomb!’

FAIRFAX

Yeller: A man stood outside St. Anselms Church on Shady Lane yelling that he was going to “bomb” the church. He yelled a bunch of other stuff that made no sense. Police gave the man a warning to stop it.

Three Sheets: A man was arrested on Jan. 7 on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard for being publicly drunk.

Flooding: Several reports were made about town on Jan. 7 of storm water rising and flooding streets and houses. Police responded.

SAUSALITO

Inert: On Jan. 12,  citizens reported a vehicle parked in the same place for two weeks on Harrison Avenue. Police marked the vehicle for 72 hours.

Damage: A car stolen from Eden Roc Drive on Jan. 12 was recovered with damage to the doors.

Trash: A vagrant was caught taking stuff from garbage cans on Spring Street on Jan. 12. Police told him to put the trash back and move  along.

Laptop: An Apple laptop commuter was taken on Jan. 13 from Excelsior Lane. 

Burglary: On Jan. 16, someone tried to break into a garage on Filbert Avenue. Window was broken on the garage.

Down Limb: A tree limb dangled precariously on Eden Roc Drive on Jan. 14. Police assisted the FD in fixing the situation.

Tree Down: Police assisted the FD clear a fallen tree on Ebbtide Avenue. 

Burglary: A garage on Girard Avenue was broken into on Jan. 15.

MILL VALLEY

– Wreck: A wreck on  Camino Alto on Jan. 12 was reported. A woman was reported diving at a high rate of speed and “took out” a light pole. Alcohol may have been involved. 

– Fence: The state of a fence between two neighbors became a point of contention on Sycamore Avenue. Police told the two to work it out.

– Unwanted: A vagrant slept uninvited on the porch of a business on Miller Avenue. Police called. 

Tree Down: Police assisted the FD deal with a downed tree on Marion Avenue.

Unwanted: A woman was 86’d from a local hotel and is now living in her Telsa in the facility’s garage. Police on it. 

Tree Down: Police assisted the FD deal with a downed tree on Bolsa Avenue. 

Sewer Backup: A possible sewer back up was reported on Vasco Drive on Jan. 15.

Rape: A citizen reported a rape. No details made public. 

Assistance: A good citizen helped an elderly woman in a wheelchair get from the middle of the crosswalk to the bus stop on Miller Avenue.
