

MILL VALLEY
— Early this morning (March 30), Cpl. Puccetti of the Mill Valley Police Department contacted the occupant of a vehicle during a traffic stop. As he spoke with the driver, Cpl. Puccetti noticed numerous items of concern within the vehicle. As a result, Cpl. Puccetti conducted a search of the vehicle and ultimately arrested the driver for a variety of charges. As you can see in the photos, there were many items seized from the driver’s vehicle, some of which will result in charges being filed with the Marin County District Attorneys office. While this case is still being investigated, the driver is currently facing charges of:
30110(b) PC – Possession of a boobytrap
32310 PC – Possession of high-capacity magazines
21310 PC – Possession of concealed dirk or dagger
Additional charges are possible following the conclusion of this investigation.
