Wrong Car: Two very similar BMW sedans were ready to go at a local car wash. A woman jumped in one car, tipped the attendant, and drove away. Unfortunately, it was the wrong BMW and didn’t realize it for some time. The lady who accidentally took the wrong BMW did not return right away, so police had to go looking for her to set things straight.
Social Host: A loud party with a bunch of teens was reported on Feb. 25 at Sheridan Court. Police responded and used the daughter’s cell phone to call mom and dad, but neither answered. Party dispersed and a social host citation to be issued.
Upset Neighbor: On Edgewood Avenue a home is being built and worker cars are parked all over the place. A concerned neighbor called the cops and said police need to ticket the cars as they pose a road hazard. Police checked it out and found all the worker cars properly and safely parked. No merit to call.
