Tuna & Ferrari: A Ferrari dealership reported that a man hit a customer’s Ferrari and drove away. Before hitting the car, the man, which security footage showed may have been wearing a neck brace, threw a can of tuna into the Ferrari. (PS: We don’t make these reports up. We just read the cop logs and report them.)
Threats: On Jan. 13, Mill Valley officers responded to a report of an agitated man threatening and cussing out people on Throckmorton Avenue. People said he appeared to be having a mental breakdown. Police responded, but the agitated man was gone.
Sexual Assault: On Jan. 31, a teacher at Tam High found a note from a student that described a sexual assault that happened at a recent party. The student refused to talk about it to school authorities. Report filed with the police department.
Hot Dog: A dog was reported in a locked car with the windows cracked. Police checked on the dog and found it curled up in the sun. Dog was fine.
Homeless: A woman sleeping on a bench on Throckmorton Avenue was advised she was not welcome near a cafe. She was cooperative and left the area.
Earrings Stolen: A pair of $11,000 earrings were missing from a home on Altamont Avenue. The owner suspects the housecleaners as there was no sign of forced entry.
Fight: Two high school students were in a fight on campus on Feb. 12. One was recently expelled. Service provided.
