Marin Women’s Political Action Committee meets Friday

March 22, 2022 by Marin Leave a Comment

For the first time in two years, the Marin Women’s Political Action Committee is able to hold its annual Elected Women’s Luncheon in person, Friday, March 25, at The Club at McInnis Park. “We will honor our elected women and student leaders at this gala event,” says MWPAC President Cathryn Hilliard. “This fundraiser will help us support our endorsed candidates for office.”

Keynote speaker is Cristine Soto DeBerry, former Chief of Staff to S.F. District Attorneys George Gascon and Chesa Boudin and deputy administrator for former Mayor Gavin Newsom. She is currently the Executive Director of Prosecutors Alliance of California and sits on the Southern Marin Fire Protection District.

Marin’s 5th District Supervisor Judy Arnold on the occasion of her retirement from the Board of Supervisors will be our special guest speaker. She will say a few words on her long career and offer her perspective on how the next generation leaders from our local high schools and colleges can aspire to elected office.

RSVP Barbara Matas (415) 244-8597.  Tickets are $50.
