Paul Pelosi’s mug shot on the night of the accident.

Paul Pelosi, husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, pleaded guilty to one count of DUI, following a drunken crash in Napa in May.

He was given three years probation — but does not have to report to a probation officer — and no jail time beyond the time served. Pelosi, 82, must attend a 3-month impaired driver program and nine hours of court. He must also install an ignition interlock device on his car for one year and pay a fine of $150.
