Marin County Public Health has developed a dashboard to describe health disparities within Marin’s four Health Equity Zones, to guide strategy and track progress. The Zone model grew out of the pandemic Community Response Teams, to support place-based, community-led action in Southern Marin, San Rafael, West Marin, and Novato. Zone partners include community organizations, schools, health clinics, faith-based organizations, businesses, and city and County government.
