New digs for Olive Elementary school in Novato

March 24, 2022 by Marin Leave a Comment

Carla Brouilette, office manager for Olive Elementary school in Novato, shows off the school’s new space. The school’s PTA, along with taxpayers,  helped facilitate the move. “For the first time in more than 50 years,” the PTA said on its Facebook page, “Olive Elementary is now officially located on Olive Avenue. We have waited a long time for this, and we are so excited to finally have this beautiful new space. Not only is it a more modern, functional building for our school staff, but it also makes our campus a safer, more welcoming place for our students and families. Thank you Novato community and Novato Unified School District for supporting our school #MeasureG. And thanks to Principal Nuno and office manager Ms. Carla, and our awesome parent volunteers who spent time this weekend to get it all ready for our teachers.
We know everyone is anxious to get a look so here’s some photos and stay tuned for details on an official opening ceremony!” The official ceremony will be held in the next few days.
