Last week Chief Navarro celebrated the Mill Valley PD’s recent promotions. Chief Navarro swore in newly promoted Lieutenant Shaun McCracken, Sergeant Richard Serrano, Corporal Mitch Kofford and Corporal Aaron Schmidt.
