Novato City Council drops developer’s offer to buy Marin Valley Mobile Country Club

At its regular meeting last week, the Novato City Council decided not to pursue the offer from a private developer (HCA Management) to purchase the city-owned Marin Valley Mobile Country Club. Instead, as stated in the City’s Strategic Plan, the City Council has identified MVMCC as a strategic priority and will continue to address the management, oversight, and financial conditions in the coming months.
