Novato Parks & Recreation and Novato First Responders invite members of the adaptive needs community, and their families, to a galaxy far, far away. The fun takes place at Pocket Park, 950 7th Street on Saturday, April 20 from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
The Novato Spectrum Safety Event focuses on connecting the adaptive needs community to first responders, and other valuable resources in Novato and Marin County. The event will feature out-of-this-world activities geared specifically for participants with adaptive needs provided by local partner agencies who directly support the adaptive needs community.
This event is curated for individuals with physical or cognitive adaptive needs and will not include loud music, bright lights or overly stimulating sensory activities. While service animals are welcome, we kindly ask that you leave regular pets at home.
To reserve your spot for this free event, send a direct message to @NovatoFun on Instagram or email them at novatofun@novato.org.
