The high school formerly known as Drake has a new name (Archie Williams) and a new principal (LaSandra White).
White, who had been the school’s interim principal, was named the principal by the Tamalpais Union High School District trustees on Tuesday (Feb. 1).
White, 50, is a resident of Novato and had been an assistant principal at Redwood High School for 18 years.
