The Marin Art and Garden Center is currently displaying “Novel Art: Creativity & Community in the College of Marin Fine Arts Department.” Above is entitled “Offshore Islands” by Betty M. Wilson. The display celebrates some of the most exciting and influential artists who have taught in the College of Marin Fine Arts Department. Work spanning painting, sculpture, ceramic and fiber arts – inspiring generations of students. Participating Artists are Wilson, Carole Beadle, Chester Arnold, Bill Abright and Allan Widenhofer. The Studio at Marin Art and Garden Center is at 30 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., in Ross and will be up and running to Aug. 27.
